We stayed there for a Photography workshop since that is where the workshop was. When we arrived, we checked in and were taken to our room. On the walk from the elevator to our room, we heard several LOUD dogs barking. It seemed every door we walked by had a bark. We went down to ask to be moved to another floor and on our way ran into several others who had already asked to move. We were told we had to come down to the front desk to move! Went down there, and while we were waiting to get room assignment changed, the girl answers the phone and spends 10 minutes with another guest describing wines (shouldn't his call be sent to room services to answer??) So finally after standing there for 10 minutes, we finally get our room key. They don't even offer to move our bags! We had to - we originally tipped a bellboy to take our luggage to our room! Pros: artsy look Cons: service terrible!
