Review content:
I read somewhere that ""People will forget what you said, and forget what you did, but will not forget how you made them feel."" I am an artist and art teacher & I have made a point of patronizing this ""family owned"" business for as long as I can remember. They lost me as a customer today. The young woman who waited on me was wonderful, but could not counteract the behavior of the general manager who behaved rudely, condescendingly, flippantly and in a mean spirited manner. I will never set foot in this store again, not because of the resolution to the problem, but because I left the store with tears streaming down my face. I never want to allow that man the opportunity to elicit those emotions in me again.
