I signed a one year contract with Southern Pest control for my home of one year. At the time of the contract, we didn't really have any issues with pests, since the house was literrally brand new. The person came and inspected the house, but seemed inexperience and did NOT do a thorough inspection. Honestly, I don;t even know what he inspected, it was like a 5 minute inspection. Since i have a one year old, he didnt do any spraying inside the house, but set sticky traps in the garage and grainlike seeds surrounding my house. A few months down the road, my little toddler likes to throw food on the floor, but I try to clean and pick them up immediately, but the ants kept coming. So we called them and again, they did the same thing. The ants never did go away and my contract expired. It just seems that i wasted about $400 on using them 3 times and each time, it was ineffective.
