Hoppers has to be my favorite place in Salt Lake. They have some of the best beers there. The Madame-X Stout has the flavor of Guiness with NO aftertaste. The Hefe there is second to none.
Oh I almost forgot the food is magnificent the onion rings are to die for, I love the blackened Halibut, and the coconut shrip are great. definatly worth going to over and over again.
