Review content:
What a disappointment! It starts with a virtual ride to the dining room--I was traveling with a skiddish small child and asked to bypass this one; the less-than-enthusiastic staff assured me the ""fear factor"" was low, yet mine screamed for the entire 5 minute ride as the cabin shook and rocket blasters boomed in our ears. There is a large, poorly lit seating area with unfamiliar alien characters that circulate throughout--another element that wasn't very popular with my little one. In the background, a large animated segment is projected on the wall and repeats loudly every 5-10 minutes--the noise from this was mind-numbing--no escaping it, either. The food choices are comparable to an ""everywhere USA"" chain restaurant...at 3X the price! My daughter's meal of burnt grilled cheese & cold fries cost $12, while my charred blue cheese burger rang in at $20. Every meal includes a ""free"" admission to the adjacent game room, but there is a $2 surcharge added to your meal for this service whether you use it or not. Overall, I can't discourage you enough from trying this place...if you're looking for a family-friendly establishment in Times Square that serves overpriced kid cuisine, stick with the Burger King on 42nd Street.
Pros: Designed for kids
Cons: Very cliche', overpriced, noisy
