CHECK THIS COMPANY'S BBB RATING BEFORE YOU RENT. This company is FAMOUS for falsifying yelp reviews, and reviews all around the internet, and regularly does so. I rented from them for over two years. Refused to fix anything, even had to withhold rent to get a sink fixed. Will not return any of your deposit, even with receipts proving that the carpets were professionally cleaned, painted, etc. Gave us a 60-day notice saying that the owners wanted to move into the property, which was a lie. Before we even moved out there was a for-rent sign on the property, and when confronted about it they had no answers and said, ''See you in court, Bi---"". I would only recommend this company to people I didn't like at all.
