Review content:
The current Rental Staff are rude and unreasonable. They threaten to kick you and your family out for the stupidest things like Kids riding bikes in the parking lots, when all residents know it's RESIDENTIAL! This means speeds less then 10 MPH. Kids are Kids they need an outlet, create a solution to the problem before making a fuss. Second I tried to put an extra AC unit in my Back window (no one knew it was there but me. and it only makes water) I was fined and threated to be evicted if I did not remove it in 2 days. Did I mention it was the week that we had over 100 degree weather and I was trying to keep my dog extra cool so he did not die from heat since the AC units do not cool down the Air they just move it around. Their AC unit alone cost me $300 a month to cool the Apt., the extra AC unit and the Apt Ac unit together cost me $150 to cool the Apt. you do the math. Then there is the Washer and Drier issue, I was asked if I wanted to rent them for $30 extra a month. I said no because I had my own. After I moved in the Apt manager inspected my Apt and sent me a letter that becasue I had my own washer/drier that I was going to have to pay an extra $30 a month for the extra water fee. I would never suggest this dump to anyone, the insects from outside burrow holes into your Apt and since the screen aren't attached kids fall out of the windows and insects crawl around the screens
