If I could rate a zero, I would...And the zero would be averaged up from a negative by the fact that initially, the owner and his son were very personable and not overbearing. Once we paid in full, the customer service was beyond horrible...We were told 3-4 weeks tops to get our table, which we hoped to get by Halloween for a party(ordered very beginning of October...When we heard NOTHING by November, we called and were told they would let us know...Still no table for Thanksgiving--sorry guests!--and we call again--""probably 8-12 weeks--we'll call you"" Christmas and NY's came and went, still no table, still no call...cash in hand, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even a courtesy call !!!!!! We try to do business locally WHENEVER POSSIBLE, but I'd buy from China before shopping here again....
