BEWARE! HSBC is in direct violation of United States Law Check 21. They do not let the customer access their funds from check deposits in the time frame alloted by the law. They are drawing interest on the money from the check YOU have deposited while they claim they are waiting for the check to clear. Calling their 800 number does not help because you can't speak with anyone who is completely fluent in English. This particular branch location has poor service. The tellers stand around and gab instead of assisting their customers. I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
