Review content:
I had the unfortunate experience of trying to do business with this store. On entering, the woman behind the counter was somewhat high strung, took the item I was going to send and while shaking it, asked if it was fragile. When I explained what it was, she quoted me an extremely high price to 'pack and ship' the item quoting 'parts and labor'. I asked if she were serious and she became incensed. I told her that I did not care for her attitude and she completely flew off the handle. I asked for her manager and she stated that she was the owner, Charlane King. I asked for her business card and she threw it at me. If she is the example for her employees to follow, then this store will surely soon be out of business. She is a poor representative of the UPS system and people should NOT patronize this store. In tough financial times, service and value should be paramount and are clearly not a priority at this store. If I could give the store a negative star rating, I would. Although this store is less than a mile from my workplace, I drove an additional 7 miles to a more friendly and professional location. Cons: Poor service, poor value. I would not do business with them
