I can't begin to say enough about my New Pro windows, and my salesman, Brad.
Back in 2004, I had an emergency situation where my old windows had collapsed into the house during a blizzard, and snow was accumulating on my kitchen floor. Brad, and NewPro were prompt, thorough in their explanations and demonstration, and took care of my windows immediately.
The windows have been great! East to clean, reducing my heating bill in the winter...I sit next to one while teaching piano, and I no longer feel any cold air through the window! They're awesome.
Now, I'm replacing my dining room windows, about to implode as well. Brad was here within 48 hours, measured the windows, reviewed all my options and went over everything again with great patience and professionalism.
I have more windows eventually to replace...all I know, is, I'm sticking with NewPro, and Brad is fantastic!
