I LIVE IN WESTBROOK MAINE,I HAD MY WINDOWS REPLACED A LONG TIME AGO AND THEY DID NOT HOLD UP VERY WELL. I CONTACTED NEWPRO WINDOWS , JIM HARRIS CAME TO MY HOME I LEARNED THAT ALL WINDOWS ARE NOT THE SAME. THESE WINDOWS ARE THE BEST THEY ARE MADE IN NEW ENGLAND FOR OUR WEATHER , I LOVED THE FIRST WINDOWS I HAD PUT IN NOW IM ORDERING ANOTHER ONE . THEY MAY COST A LITTLE MORE BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT DID THEIR WORK WELL THE REP. JIM HARRIS WAS GREAT ON HIS PRESENTATION HE EXPLAINED EVERY THING THERE WAS TO KNOW ABOUT NEWPRO WINDOWS . IF YOU WANT A LOCAL FAMILY OWNED COMPANY ,WITH NO SUB CONTRACTORS ,THATS NEWPRO.
