My wife Arline and I selected NewPro for installation of 23 replacement windows at our house in Salem, NH. in April 2010. Starting with the sales rep and finishing up with the installers every New Pro employee we dealt with were professional, courteous and thorough in their work and, most importantly in their explanations in response to our questions. They told us what they were going to do and then did it. At completion in the time frame committed the work and appearance appeared top notch. In the 14 months since installation, which included four months of real cold New England weather and record snow fall, we have not had a single problem with the windows to date.
