We purchased Newpro windows in May 2008. The windows were installed a few weeks after we purchased. So far, our experience with Newpro has been wonderful. We had all the windows replaced in our home. We live near a busy road and the three paned Newpro windows have madee a significant reduction in noise. We can no longer hear the sound from the cars on the road. The installers were neat and professional. They even cleaned all of our windows when the were finished. We would recommend Newpro to anyone interested in a top notch prodct.
Pros: top notch quality and service
Cons: a little expensive but worth the price
