When my husband and I bought our home 4 and 1/2 years ago we were in desperate need of windows. We had just purchased an old home with 22 windows, 1/2 of which were broken. We had many companies come and give us estimates, but found companies to be very similar. We saw a coupon in the local circular for a rebate with window purchase through Newpro. We figured we would give them a try and get an estimate. They came out and showed us how they're product was different than all the other windows on the market and how well their windows worked to reduce loss of heat, cut out street noise, and save us money. We decided Newpro was going to be the best for our money. We especially liked that they custom made the windows to replace or old odd sized windows. We were thrilled and pleased with the professionalism of the men and the quality of work.
A few months later, we had a window that would continually slide down when opened. We called Newpro who responded promptly and fixed the window no questions asked. They were polite and informative (explaining why this was happening and showing how is could be fixed).
Just recently we have come to the conclusion that the exterior of our home is in need of cosmetic and repair. Once again we have had contractors come and give us estimates. My husband and I were so pleased with the quality and warranty with our windows that we would have Newpro come out for an estimate in siding as well. Joey, from Newpro arrived early and measured our home for siding. He gave a great presentation demonstrating the difference between Newpro's siding and other's. Once again, we were hooked. The warranty on the siding and quality is superior to others. Newpro was comparative in pricing to other companies and paid attention to detail (to keep that old colonial look). I especially liked that Joey was not pushy. We once again chose Newpro for our home improvement and we are so excited about the new look they are going to give our home. Even better, unlike other siding companies, they don't charge for different colors or for dutch-lap vs standard clapboard.
