My wife and I replaced about half the windows in our house with Newpro windows 18 months ago. They have worked out so well that we are now using Newpro to replace the rest. Our house was built in 1780, so every window is out of square and difficult to fit. Newpro custom fit every one perfectly. Our old windows were so flimsy that the frames bent and made the windows difficult to open. The Newpro windows have really strong frames and have all held their shape. They look so much better that the typical cheap vinyl replacements, they are easy to maintain, and our heating bills have dropped significantly with just half of our windows replaced. The installers they sent were friendly and professional. They kept to the promised schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. When we noticed that one piece of trim was a little crooked, they came back and fixed it no problem. I really like that they are a local, family owned business that stands behind their product. They may not be the cheapest replacement window, but the price is more than fair for the quality and service you get. I can?t recommend Newpro windows highly enough.
