Review content:
Last year (2010) we searched and had to sit through demonstrations from different companies. It's amazing the different degrees of quality. We had to pay a little more with Newpro but the quality of the Newpro is what sold me. You should see the bay window we had to replace, it was so poorly built and didn't last. We no longer have to deal with storm windows or steamed up windows with the change of weather and they leaked a lot. The view is incrediable and clear all the time! I think my husband was sold when the sales man Bill (now retired) told him that it's even replaced for free if the kids hit a baseball through the window. This year we wanted to replace a bow window in our bedroom because we haven't been able to open it and use it for years. We never even open the shade because we can hardly look out due to leakage between the panes. We didn't have to go through what we went through last year with all the different companies. We knew we would only call Newpro. We called for Bill but we were disappointed to find out that he had retired. He was very professional and very helpful. We instead got Jim who was just as nice, helpful & professional. I wouldn't go with any other window company than Newpro. I highly recommend them. They did a beautiful job during installation...they were truely professionals. We know when we go to sell our house that we have improved the value! Thank you Newpro!
