Review content:
As a bar, McCrays is great. Which is nice since it's right around the corner from our house. But if you're going for meal, then be prepared for spotty service and a roll of the dice on food. On our last visit, we waited nearly 20 minutes for a table in the dining room (which we requested). But once seated, we were passed by servers and not one of them stopped to greet us, take our drink orders, etc. After 20 minutes, we got up and walked out. We told the hostess we were disappointed (especially since we're semi-regulars there, since it's so convenient) and she just apologized--but didn't offer to help us. The food is decent for a bar, but sometimes it sits so long on the counter, it's cool when it finally gets delivered to your table. I recommend McCrays if you're looking for a bar or a quick meal at the bar, but if you're looking for a dinner out, I'd go elsewhere.
