After walking, I chose Yoga as my next step to a healthier lifestyle, for the stretching and lack of direct impact on my then heavier frame.
Friends told me about Yoga Plus Llc, I met Donna, and after my very first Yoga class I was hooked. This was over 2 years ago. I have tried other Yoga classes, and no other instructor compares to Donna. Her style, her patience, and her confidence and attention to detail during our poses. . . it all adds up to money well spent.
I have lost 84 pounds by incorporating many different activities, including running, into my lifestyle. Yoga remains one of the more important activities in my life. Donna, please don't ever leave us!
