I have a beautiful 20 year old Grandfather clock that has been working-albeit losing time-but I asked this father /son service to clean the mechanism and get it to keep proper time. The son took the workings out-took them home and several weeks later the father and son reinstalled them. My husband paid them over $200.The clock ran very fast. I called repeatedly-often leaving a message-for someone to return and make this right. Finally came back-made ""adjustments"". Still fast. This happened 2-3 times over the course of a couple months. I gave up. The clock is way fast. I just had another clock repairer (who I should have used in the 1st place) come over. He showed me the obvious dust inside and said the clock was NEVER cleaned and that it needs new parts-they wear out after 20 years. He told me I had been ripped off and I have the photos to prove it. BEWARE!
