Review content:
I want to feel that this is a good place for my mother. Overall, I think she is being treated well. My main concern is how her personal things have been handled over the past two years. We have had a few things come up missing. Families need to be aware of not keeping their loved one's valuable items where they can be stolen. It's not fun to have to say that this place gets almost $6000 a month to care for my mother and it's not safe for the things she treasures most. I have had the run around with different supervisors doing reports on this matter. They seem to be doing what they can in order to address the matter but not making the injured parties satisfied with the actions of the workers in Bethany Pointe Health Campus. I feel they should have offered to replace the $150 electronic toy that belonged to the resident's grandchildren. Once again I feel that people should be aware of this matter since Bethany Point Health Campus will not do anything about it.
