THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE DISTRICT AND REGIONAL MGR. THEY WILL LIE TO GET HERE.. WATER BILL EVERY MONTH IS 90. TO 140.. WHEN NORMAL WATER BILLS ON THE BEACH ARE 60 EVERY 2 MONTHS. THEY FIRED A REALLY GOOD MAINTANCE MAN THAT WAS THE BEST WE EVER HAD. NOW WE HAVE A GUY THAT CANT EVEN CLEAN THE POOLS MUCH LESS FIX THE A C THAT KEEPS GOING OUT. THEY KEEP RAISING THE RENT IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR LEASE. I THINK IF EVERYONE HAD A PLACE TO GO THEY WOULD MOVE OUT OF HERE. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE A LOW DEPOIST AND FREE FIRST MONTH SPECIAL. IF THE COMPANY WOULD GET RIDE OF THE COWS IT WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE. ALL THEY CAN THINK ABOUT IS THERE BOUNUS.
