We began with a well presented professional who claims she has amazing training and will take the best pictures of anybody in Shreveport. At our initial appointment, she is 35 minutes late. When we viewed the pictures, we realized 4 proofs were missing. I called 3 to 4 times before I ever got a response. Then, they said, ""Oh, we will look for them."" Needless to say, I never heard back, for 4 months. Then I called again, 2 to 3 times before I was able to get an adequate response, and they admitted that they had LOST the photos. So, I say I'll be just happy to order from what is available and at least have a few pictures. Well, we ordered, they said it would take about 1 month. Of course, I heard no response from Brooke Tarvin's assistant or her. Again, I call, recieve no response for 5 calls or so. I even went to her business and find an engaged couple in the parking lot waiting for 45 minutes for her so they could begin their photo shoot. I begin exchanging conversation with them and they inform me of what they are doing and that Brooke attends their church. Well, needless to say, as they are extremely frustrated, I explain why I am also waiting, and they were shocked. Finally, after they dialed her personal number and waited for 1 hour, this adorable couple gave up. I've never recieved one picture of him, no proofs, and no reconciliation from their behalf! She gladly took our $600.00O, but never offered any means to fulfill her obligation to provide the services that she claims she will provide you with! Obviously, we all know time can not be captured in a bottle, nor can wedding,engagement, or our children's photos! Please, save yourself from stress and disgust by booking with a photographer who will give you the quality and time for your precious loved ones. The whole experience was unprofessional, unreliable, and simply frustrating!
