I had a serious problem with my laptop last weekend.
Obviously highly important company data I did not backed up.
Found Geoff on Google maps looking for something like ""computer repair Portland"" and spent an hour reading the reviews to avoid to ripped off . I picked Computer Lift for the numerous positive reviews and the location... I did not regret it.
Called Saturday afternoon / explain my problem and got an appointment and a costs estimate right away.
Appointment late afternoon and all my data back Sunday morning.
In the end it was cheaper than expected!
And my boss will never figure out...
Little Bonus: the guy, Geoff was very nice and took time to give me advises for the future.
I highly recommend.
Pros: really professional-fast-available-reliable
Cons: Honestly I don't see any.
