Bought over $10,000 in past 12 Mo. Couldn't get the Dinnette set we ordered last April and had a loaner we agreed to keep out of flustration. This fall when we returned to Fla. we wanted to try again for a much nicer set. They agreed to reimburse us for the loaner at full price as it had not been used. We purchased a much nicer set but even though they advertised Free Delivery and had to make a pickup of the origional set they insisted on charging me a $100.00 Delivery Fee. I didn't think that was right but had to agree to it. When delivery was made on time they hadn't pre inspected the chairs and there is one chipped. Now there has to be a exchange /repair made which could have been avoided. Some areas they could do better in.
