Review content:
Pros: Dr. Ross Haddow, DDS, is a wonderful dentist, and is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. His staff are incredible as well. He also recognized I had a sensitivity to epinephrine where other dentists did not and switched my medication accordingly.
I want to forewarn you, however, that the front desk receptionist is a battle-ax, and you will only know the true excellence of these people if you can get past her arrogant, egotistical personality. She has been this way as long as I have gone to them and will never leave, or change. People that I know, as well as myself, also have had several unprofessional disputes with her over procedures, insurance, and billing.
For example, she sent me to United Collections for a still disputed bill that I had insurance coverage for long before my son was born, and refused to schedule my infant son for an appointment because of this past bill even though the baby is covered by the father's insurance, not mine. Her reasoning and excuses were not sound and I felt that this was pretty cold.
Cons: They are a bit expensive, and none of my insurance providers have ever fully covered their procedures. Their office is also very old-school and has an ""old building"" odor.
Pros: Great Dentist & Friendly Staff
Cons: Difficult Receptionist, Expensive, Old Facilities
