Do not trust these people and don't let them into your home! They showed up to my house to replace my well pump, broke the pit pipe and dropped the old pump down the well trying to extract it, lied to me about an ""obstruction"" in the well that caused the break, and then billed me for it. Basically, my home went from having water sporadically to having no water at all until I could get someone else out to undo their mistakes and fix my problem. I, being an honest man and obviously not very bright, paid them the ridiculous amount they billed me for because I believed what they originally told me. But after having Valley Drilling out a week later, they found no obstruction in the well using a camera and then found a piece of Carlson's faulty pit pipe still attached when they pulled the pump up. The conclusion was Carlson's tool broke, the pump dropped down the well, they worked for hours trying to extract it. Finally they gave up, made up a believable story (at least it seemed believable to me at the time), handed me a bill, grabbed my check, and bolted for the nearest bank. Once again, I'm the idiot who paid them before having someone else out to investigate and am in no way claiming not to have made a mistake. I just want to make sure others know exactly what Carlson Plumbing is about so they don't make the same mistake I did. It's been nearly two years since this incident and I still am very unhappy with the folks at Carlson Plumbing. Feel free to email me for the full story since this is an abbreviated one and possibly is hard to follow. Long story short, call someone else!!!
