Businiess name:  Baird Drive-In Cleaners

Review content:
I took an expensive Lillie Pulitzer skirt to Baird's Dry Cleaner with a tiny, less than 1/4"", stain near the hemline. I asked the girl at the window about their methods of stain removal, and was assured that they would be very careful. When I went to pick up the skirt, the stain was still there, as well as a bleached-out 1 1/2"" area around the stain. (They had apparently scrubbed at the stain to try to remove it.) When we talked to the Owner/Manager, he was very defensive, and said that I must have done it. He said his employees were ""too professional"" to have caused it. (These same ""professionals"" who were unable to answer questions in English, or converse with me!) He insisted on sending my skirt to some National Dry Cleaning Institute to be analyzed. Surprise! It was my fault! MY FAULT was ever taking it to Baird's in the first place.
