These guys ruined my day and stole my lunch hour with their LIES. Why can't these people just be honest? I had a DVD player and a Sirus TV tuner installed in 2009. The audio has always had interference with the engine electronics and creates a high pitched buzz throughout the system. They tried to fix it a couple of times and couldn't. Meanwhile I still have an annoying audio buzz when the TV/VCR is on. We can only use headphones to watch TV. Now we are having problems with the Sirius tuner, they say on the phone that CarTronics has a lifetime warranty on their installation. We bring the vehicle in today - and guess what. They say no, whoever told you that we had a lifetime warranty was wrong. The warranty is for a year. They wanted to charge us $80 an hour for labor and $349 for a new Sirius receiver. We called Sirius and they sent us to Best Buy who will install the new receiver for $39.99. This includes installation! Maybe they can fix the problems the buzz that CarTronics caused in their initial installation.
