Review content:
My Boyfriend ordered roses and paid nearly $300 on Feb. 13th for V-day. On the 14th at 4:45pm they called and said that my BF had ordered flowers and their delivery guy was very close and begged me to wait for him. I sat in my office waiting and he didn't arrive, so I left the office at 6pm. The roses didn't arrive until the 15th at 3:30pm. My boyfriend was so upset and he told them that he would be paying for the flowers, I ended up getting an arrangement that was not even half the size it was supposed to be. He ordered from Takashimaya because of their reputation for high quality flowers, and beautiful and unusual arrnagements. Takashimaya is now the unreliable company that ruined my Valentines Day and sent me a dissapointing arrangement a day late. Cons: Unreliable- expensive, Low quality flowers, Bad Customer service
