A rock hit my windshield and shattered it so I went there to get a quote on my windshield because it was the first place I saw when I exited the fwy. Upon my arrival, a young kid said they have the windshield and asked me if I wanted a new moulding and it would take about an hour. I'm standing outside and watching them the whole time and couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. Yelling in spanish across to each other, joking, singing mexican music, yelling outside at passing traffic, etc. Long story short, they call me in from outside and said it was ready. I go take a look at it and noticed he cut my GPS antenna that was under the windshield. He apologized and said he would fix it. I wait a few minutes more, he's doing his thing and I see it taped up so I figured it was fixed. The windshield is taped with blue tape so I figure everything is good to go. As I'm driving home, it began to rain so I turn my wipers on and only one is working. I turn my GPS on as well and it's not working either. I did my own troubleshooting because I didn't want to take it back to these idiots, I found that he just taped the two halves of the antenna wire together, nothing stripped. F'n mexican bastards, they didn't think I would notice? also the wipers were missing the locking nut. I also found out that they overcharged me for I could have gotten it about $100 cheaper if I just did some research first. The next day, I take the windshield tape off and the whole windshield is crooked and the moulding doesn't even line up and it's crooked as well. I take it back and they tell me there is nothing they can do and that they won't replace the windshield because there is nothing wrong with it. I said ""it's crooked and looks like shit"" they said ""it's fine and they can't do anything"". In Summary, just avoid these A holes like the plague. Go to professional well known glass installers and ALWAYS ALWAYS do research first! I learned the hard way and I will never make that mistake again. Pros: Didn't see any Cons: Ghetto
