Don't Go to BS Cleaners. Their owner is unreasonable and they ruin your clothes.
They don't even deserve one star, but I had to mark it.
We took a coat to have cleaned and asked ahead of time if they could clean it. Reply: ""No Problem"".Coat was returned with fabric defects and obvious damage from cleaning practices. The owner did not take responsibility, after we returned the coat for them to evaluate. We received a call from Jessica and the unidentified owner who was condescending and inflexible with their rhetoric, saying it wasn't their fault ""it was a manufacturer's defect, so it wasn't their responsibility"". Because the coat style is over one year old, they did not have an acceptable solution. The coat cannot be replaced, it is ruined and they seem to think it is the manufacturer's fault. This company is not environmentally friendly to humans. I find their business practices to be unacceptable, not accommodating and basically dishonest. I am happy there are other companies in Seattle that I can support, and will make sure no one I know in Seattle uses BS Cleaners ever again.
