Dr. Bishop is the best PCP I have ever had but the office and admin. support at New West is the absolute worst. If it were not for Dr. Bishop I would have left this joke of a doctors office a long time ago. My rating; 5-stars for Dr. Bishop and below zero for the office staff. I just got off the phone with the office staff after trying to get a call back on 10-day old blood work. I was originally told the office would contact me in a few days, yeah right, it never happens. I always have to call and get pissed off at them before anyone gets off their ass to give me the info I need. This process usually takes about 2-days before anyone finally returns my calls. Hate to lose my doc but not sure how much more of this New West office BS I can take anymore.
