The food is magnificent! I have so many favorite dishes: walnut prawns, special beef, salt and pepper spareribs (or crab!), westlake soup... ahh, my mouth is watering. There are many offerings here not on the menu, when you go ask for 'kungxin cai' (pronounced kong cheen sai) with peppers, it's divine. The ambience of the downstairs can be strange to new visitors, but if you come with a large group you'll get into the fancier upstairs area. R&G is a must-go! Also, if you speak Chinese (even a little) the service gets much better, so learn to say ""thank you"" (pronounced sheh-sheh) and use it! Pros: fabulous food, parking nearby, attentive staff Cons: can be crowded
