Review content:
Went to dinner there in Oct '04, enjoyed it and so I invited family of 4 to return in May '05. It was my worst dinner experience in 5 years of weekly visits to Las Vegas. A wedding party in an adjacent room sunk Austin's ship sort of. Wait staff brought our drinks then disappeared . We should have left then( one couple did ). The waiter returned after 30 min, apologetic with comp drinks, and took our dinner orders. 40 min later we still hadn't been served. The manager didn't seem to be bothered when I told him that his team was obviously overwhelmed. There were many complaints overheard by other guests as well. As we departed, the management team of 3 were huddled at the entrance and obviously enjoying themselves more than their restaurant guests.
Pros: Water boy
Cons: Everything else
