About a year ago I had an appointment at Eye Associates of Pinellas. When I arrived I filled out the customary forms and informed them who my eye car carrier was. They left me sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half not giving me any reason for the delay. When I was finally called up the informed me that they do not except my insurance carrier and that I would have to pay out of pocket for their services. I was furious and left.
