Not to long ago I contacted Leading Edge Photography in Wilmington, Delaware about restoring an old photo that I had. Mr. Dennis Jacobs was very professional and his price in restoring this black and white photo was very reasonable. I consider Mr. Jacobs to be a very talented photographer, very professional in his work and very reasonable in his prices. I must also say that he is very talented in taking photo's as well. I had the honor is seeing some of his photography work and his pictures are outstanding. I will be recommending Mr. Jacobs at Leading Edge Photography to all my friends. This photographer deserves a 10+ rating. Thank you Mr. Jacobs for a job well done and for having that special talent as a photographer. Thank you again.
