WOW, the dis-respect that these places give the families and the deceased. My step-father passed way on April 9,2012 and was told by this company that if we paid the day we came in or by the next day they could PROMISE that he grave would be engraved within 2 to 4 weeks as of today it is still NOT done, left an email NO RESPONSE, called twice before I could get to the right person and Judy was so rude and said they will get to it when they can they are running way behind, I told her had they been HONEST with us we could have brought someone in form Denver who could had it done within a week, she PROMISES me a second time by this Saturday June 30,2012
If I were you I would really consider BEFORE using this company
