Review content:
My mother received a letter from these people that was addressed to my brother which is in jail and she opened it. I called to tell them that he was in jail and the man that talked to me was very rude and threatening because the letter was opened. He then began to tell me about how wrong it was to open other people's mail without their knowledge. I figured that I was doing them a favor by letting them know that they cannot get any money from him right now and to stop sending letters and calling. I was told to send the letter back with a written explanation as to why the mail was opened by somebody other than the person that it was written to. I am not even going to send it back because he is to stupid to understand that he is not going to get paid right now because of where my brother is and we have no idea when he will be getting out. Instead of trying to find out when he will be getting out he was more concerned about the letter being opened. Maybe they will be stupid enough to send another one next month and instead of opening it my mother, who is 82 years old, can just throw it away. In the trash is where all of the people that work for this company should be. Cons: Bad phone manners.
