I have used Alexander Ford to purchase 3 new vehicles over the last few years with absolutely no hitch. I run a Tree and Landscape Business here in Nashville, so the trucks we need are to say the least, a little odd and are also custom orders to specific spec. The time that I have spent at the dealership has been excellent along with all the other things that go into buying a new vehicle. I have found that I even still talk to my salesmen even a year later after our last purchase, most of the time just to say hi. I do find some of these other reviews a little disturbing due to the fact I have a hard time imagining anything but the great service I was awarded. I am not discrediting anyones response to these manors, but simply letting others know that I have been using Alexander Ford over the last 4 years and never once had a problem and will continue to use them for our vehicle needs. I highly recommend these guys!
