I lived in this complex for approximately 3 years. My overall experience regarding the management was very disappointing. The initial disappointment was regarding the lack of responsibility the management had towards addressing the damage that was done to my car while parked in the apartment garage. Several months after that incident, the manager approached me, and offered that I receive at no cost a 15-day extension on my lease in exchange for the use of my designated garage by a new tenant. I took the offer based on the fact that I would not be renewing my lease for the following year. She encouraged me to change my moving plans by offering to lower the rent if I decided to stay. The time to move arrived and I stayed in the apartment only 5 days out of the 15 days that was agreed upon. In addition, I cleaned the apartment thoroughly as expected. I went as far as requesting that the manager come and inspect the cleanliness to receive her approval and understanding that I would receive my entire security deposit. She avoided doing a thorough inspection at the time, by doing a quick walk through the apartment and stating that she would have her sister do a complete inspection the following day. She also stated that the apartment was clean but that the carpet may need professional cleaning. The major disappointed was when I received the balance on my security deposit. I was charged for extra cleaning due to the apartment being very dirty, installation damage that was done by Direct TV, and most offensive of all were the CHARGES FOR THE 5-DAY STAY! THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS COMPLEX LACKS INTEGRITY. She abuses power by assuring that the tenants not have contact with any other person in charge other than her. lacks responsibility . Overall, she lacks professionalism and does not have the skills to create an environment that is pleasant for those who are actively paying their rent and creating a place they can call home.
