Review content:
Even after arriving over an hour after check in time the room wasn't ready with no given explanation why. After explicitly telling them not to post some ridiculous $50 charge to my card and being told they wouldn't, when they barely competent front desk girl went to check me in it was immediately posted!! I told her to call my card service and have the money returned and she told me it would be by Monday morning. Today is WEDNESDAY and when I called my card service there was NO record of them contacting them!! Absolutely no excuse!! I will NEVER stay there again!!
