I went to Jacqueline Day Spa and during my hour I experienced a power outage (laying in the dark), then she had to reset the clock and music which went off half way through anyway, then a very large bug was on the wall and I had to cover up while a guy came in to remove it. While leaving, the pedicure room you had to walk through was soaked...nice colors though. And to top it off, the lotion she used was greasy and yucky! It didn't rub in. I had to go home and shower. Yuck! While walking out through the front sliding door (awkward) I did not have one lady ask me how my service was or if I was satisfied. Never again!
