Review content:
I had a driver who fell asleep while they were driving - at every stop. I would have gotten out, but I had no idea where I was or if I could find a cab. I had to make noise to keep him awake. I had another bad experience where the driver tried to charge me for a stop I never made. Also, the person taking the reservation is extremely rude and nasty. I had used this company when they first started and were New Andrea almost 13 years ago. I don't know what happened, but I will never use them again.
