Kohn Ell Management was hired by the developer to manage our subdivision. This company was the biggest waste of time and our associations money. Not only were we STUCK with this company by the developer...Kohn Ell took us to the cleaners. Outragous fees for everything under the sun! The quality of service was inexcusable. You would actually think that a business owner would conduct himself with professionalism and respect....nope, not in the case of Mike Ellis. He attends meetings with a rude, pompous and arrogant attitude. I think he has forgotten....we employ him, not the other way around.
