Review content:
I went to Campus Vet twice in late 2006 for my 2-month old kitten. I picked them based on online reviews. The experience was slighlty unpleasant for two reasons. First, no one there seemed to like pets - not the doctors, not the nurses, not the receptionists. No one spoke to or about my *adorable* kitten during my visit there. It was very business-like and a but depressing. Second, they seemed to overcharge/oversell services: requiring me to come in more than once for something and get stuck with an additional exam charge I didn't ask for, telling me to bring in a sample and not charging me until a month later, etc. I just went to Berkeley Dog & Cat Hospital and it was a much more pleasant and trustworthy experience. I have a colleague who felt the same way about Campus Vet and switched to another vet, as well.
