Shane is the man! A minor mistake due to a miscommunication occurred, but Shane, who was not involved in the mistake, still took it upon himself to make sure it was corrected before I even called back to ask about what happened. Shane took initiative to deal with something even after I had paid and walked out the door. Most would likely have just moved onto the next sale. It's nice to find a trustworthy business. Also, he helped me find a hard to locate piece that was critical to getting the install done so it looked right. Thanks Shane!
