I think the problem with this site is that people come her to only talk about a bad experience. When the truth is I am sure if you think about it there is a few bad reviews on this site but think about how many houses they have helped people find and sell it out ways a few bad comments. My husband and I met with 3 people then I called and talked to this company and they were AWESOME! We knew NOTHING about buying a house and they helped us understand everything and did not use jargon. They ALWAYS answered when we called and took us to see a lot of houses. They made it seem like we were friends not just a client. Ron was the only one who came to our closing with us and helped us get connected with a great mortgage company. Even after the house we picked turned out to be a complete mess and there was nothing they could do to help us Ron still was a friend and listened when we had questions and offered to help with things if we needed it. I think if more people would comment on the good rather than always the bad this site would be better. I work in customer service and I know all the things I do for people that go unappreciated and are not acknowledged and I just wanted to let everyone know that they are awesome!
