Factory Grinding Service aka East Coast Food Equipment...BEWARE! This family owned company leaves everything to be desired. Cutlery is delivered in poor condition & the machines they sell will leave you in constant need of repair. They sell refurbished items at new prices & do not guarantee their work. Note, the company is no more than a shipping & receiving business. They have invoices prepared before the work is completed- interesting. They inflate s&h charges & seem to contract out most of the work, as it appears they do not have a skilled staff of machinists. The quality of work is poor at best & is performed solely by immigrants that have not been properly trained. A high turnover company leaves the equipment they are selling substandard. The rules of good business etiquette seem to not apply. Every dollar going to this company is supporting a modern day undercover sweat shop.
