Review content:
John and Andy arrived early to my home. They walked around with me to discuss any problem areas. We discussed the three areas that needed to be stretched. After a walk around the house, John spent some time to go over what to expect for the day. Andy got right to work setting up the tools needed. He did an amazing job on the three spots that the carpet needed to be stretched. You cannot even tell where the spots where (and they were very bad!). I was extremely pleased. I have a lot of carpet upstairs and they took a great deal of time. I had used another company before ? and they were done in less than an hour. John and Andy worked for almost 3 hours. I had a lot of spots and they all came out! I was extremely pleased. I also have lots of stairs and they took their time on each step. I will gladly use this company each year to do my carpets!
Pros: Professional job, got all the spots out, were able to stretch the areas needed
Cons: A little more expensive -- but totally worth it!
